It is the strong determination and passion to face the emerging challenges that the directors accepted to take over the Erstwhile Pharma Major formulation division and the Abaris group of companies was incepted. And now with the strong belief of its visionaries and the committed approach of the employee’s Abaris healthcare has come out as an emerging leader in the field of pharmaceuticals.
2005
Abaris healthcare commenced in July 2005 by taking over Rajpura unit of Core Healthcare Ltd.
Abaris Healthcare also bought over there L.V.P (500ml) and Pharma Machinery.
We also purchased CHL’s brands-namely Corflam, Clomin,Fenac-P.........
Abaris healthcare introduced 12 new formulations including third generation antibiotics and cough syrups.
2007
Abaris healthcare introduced 4 new formulations.
It started a unit at Himachal Pradesh to gain the benefits of an Excise Free Zone.
It also bought an SWFI, machine 5ml & 10 ml
Operations: Punjab was a new state added to their distribution channel
2008
It started one new formulation for Asthma and SAR.
In the IV Division, the company bought a new FFS machinery with 100ml mould.
Abaris healthcare’s newly launched products include Montello, for the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis and asthma and water for injection 5ml & 10ml.
